Terms & Conditions
Our policy is valid for a period of 7 calendar days from the date of the purchase. If you receive your order and are not satisfied because of a defect you can return the product for an exchange. If the period of 30 days has lapsed since the purchase, we can’t, unfortunately, offer you a refund.
Refund requirements
The following criteria must be met to qualify for a refund:
- Product is defective
- Product must not be damaged
In order to ensure the above criteria has been met, all returns will be inspected. If the product does not meet the listed criteria, we reserve the right to charge you for the shipping and any difference in price.
Wrong Orders/Over-ordering
Should you by any chance order an incorrect product we will gladly exchange the product or refund you. Shipping charges will be for your own account as the error was not caused by Peupum Stationers but the purchaser.
Should you over-shop (for instance buy 15 items and you only need 5), we will also refund you for the returned items.
